1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
- Account data — email address, password (stored hashed), account settings, and registration date.
- Creative content — the prompts you submit, the images and clips generated for you, and your publication choices. Creations are private to your account unless you publish them to the gallery.
- Transaction data — credit purchases, balances, check-in history, and generation job records (model, cost, status). Full payment card details are collected and processed by our payment providers; we receive limited billing metadata (such as card brand, last four digits, and transaction identifiers) and never store full card numbers.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, and security logs, used to operate and protect the service.
- Communications — support emails and reports you send us, including DMCA and abuse reports.
3. How we use data
To provide the service (accounts, generation, credits, gallery), to enforce our Terms and Content Policy (including automated and human moderation of prompts and outputs), to process payments and prevent fraud, to answer support requests, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your private creations to train models.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process data to perform our contract with you (account and generation data), for our legitimate interests (security, moderation, fraud prevention), with your consent where required (optional cookies), and to comply with legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We share data only with: service providers who process it for us (hosting, generation infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing), each bound by contract; payment providers, to complete purchases and handle disputes; and authorities where required by law or to report illegal content. Published gallery works are visible to site visitors by your choice.
6. Retention
Account and content data is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, private creations and prompts are deleted within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, tax, or anti-fraud purposes, which are kept for the required period and then deleted. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, and to object to processing. Email [email protected] from your account email address; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use the cookies described in the Cookie Policy — essential cookies for sign-in, security, and the age-verification gate, plus optional analytics.
9. Adults only
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; accounts identified as belonging to minors are terminated and their data deleted. See the Age Policy.
10. Security and transfers
Data is encrypted in transit, access-controlled, and stored with reputable infrastructure providers, which may involve processing in the United States and other countries with appropriate safeguards.
